11/03: 本日のお魚２！
鮭のハラコがきれいです。『ワラサ』は、ブリ大根・刺身・味噌タタキ・あら汁・・・に
おかあさんが、一粒づつに！
酒とみりんと醤油を煮切ったものに漬け込みました！今頃のは皮が柔らかいので口の中で逃げません。いっしょに頂いた大分の『かぼす』の緑とのコントラストがいい感じ！加美町の『吟醸』醤油を使ったので少々色黒の写真うつり。ガラス瓶詰めを冷凍してお正月のお節にも使います！
やっと、『ワラサ』が登場しました！
